Breakfast at the Gables

There's always something wonderful cooking at the Stamford Gables. Our breakfasts are served country style, with your choice of delicious dishes such as stuffed French toast; pancake; eggs and omelets; bacon, ham, or sausage links; homemade scones and muffins; juice and coffee — and lots of fruits.

MUFFINS OR SCONES (Majority Rules)

Orange Juice | Apple Juice | Grape Juice

Sausage (links) | Ham | Bacon (crispy or chewy)

MAIN ENTREE (choose one)

Pancakes:  buttermilk, blueberry banana, pumpkin, chocolate chip or peanut butter

French Toast: plain or with just fruit on top

French Toast: stuffed with cream cheese and one of the following: strawberries, blueberries, or bananas 

Orange Blossom French Toast: with just a hint of orange

Warm Strawberry French Toast

Fresh Local Farm Eggs: any way you like them, with toast (white, wheat, or rye  or a pancake)

Omelets: (tomato, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, ham, or cheese) and toast (white, wheat or rye)

Oatmeal: plain or flavored (with honey, cinnamon, brown sugar or fruit)

Chobani Greek Yogurt: with granola and / or fruit
