Jean has always wanted to open a Bed and Breakfast but work and kids seemed to come first. 
"Now the kids are grown and on their own so it allowed us to move ahead with our plans". We sold our home in New Jersey and bought a derelict property soon to be named the Seven Gables Professional Center. We worked for two years rebuilding the home and now we are enjoying the customers. Stamford Gables Bed and Breakfast is informal. The breakfast is country style featuring dishes such as stuffed French toast, Belgium waffles, pancakes and eggs, homemade breads and muffins and lots of fruits. Cereal and Oatmeal is always available. Of course both regular coffee and decaf is fresh and ready along with flavored coffees and tea. :: Click here for Directions :: |
